What's does selling exclusively via Anystack mean?: You can get started with no monthly commitment by choosing the "Exclusive" plan and enjoy almost all features without limitations. The only requirement is that you sell your software exclusively via Anystack.
When does the platform transaction fee apply?: If you sell your software using Anystack's checkout feature (prebuilt, hosted payment and distribution page) the platform transaction fee applies. The fee does not apply if you sell your software outside Anystack. If you are on the "Exclusive" plan you are required to sell via Anystack.
Which payment methods do you accept?: Payments are processed via Stripe. You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Which currencies does Anystack support?: Our subscription plans charges are in dollars. When you sell your software via Anystack, you can, however, choose from 135+ currencies.
How can I sell my software via Anystack?: Anystack partners with Stripe to provide the best customer experience there is. To start selling via Anystack, you simply follow the onboarding process managed by Stripe. Payments by your customers are made directly to your account; you are in complete control.
Who is the merchant of record when selling via Anystack?: You are the merchant of record. We partner with Stripe to process payments directly into your account. Stripe can help you collect sales tax, ensure payment card industry (PCI) compliance, and honor refunds and chargebacks.
Can I switch between subscription plans?: Yes, you can switch between different pricing plans at any given time.
Do you offer custom plans?: In some cases, Anystack offers custom plans. Please contact support and we will be happy to discuss your specific needs.
